Django came to us from Jennifer Ceballos of Satsuma Silken Windhounds. High on life is the best phrase to describe Django. He is very happy to go along with whatever is going on. He is extremely well put together and never puts a foot down wrong. He lives with a friend of mine and they are working on rally and obedience titles, which he's doing well with. He's also a key participant in the 4H programs they compete in. He is super keen on the lure and is a killer of plastic bags.
He recently passed all his health testing with flying colors (OFA numbers pending) and is now ready for any ladies that might come calling. He is available to approved bitches.
2020 saw some nice success, even in a challenging year. In one weekend of showing, Django earned 3 Champion Class wins over stiff competition and only needs 2 more to finish his Grand Champion title, which we hope to finish in 2021. He also complete the requirements for his UKC SPOT title.
2021 has seen a litter sired by Django and all the puppies look marvelous so far (Miyazaki Movies litter). In May he completed the requirements for his Grand Champion title with UKC. He also has achieved his Rally/Obedience 1 (RO1) title at UKC's prestigious Premier show, along with going Best of Breed one day, earning him a "Total Dog" award as well. Great start to the year!
